Pakshi Aura v1 has no sign-up, no login, and no server-side storage of your data. Everything the app knows — your saved profiles, birth details, settings — lives only on your device. There is no account to delete and no server copy for us to erase, because none is ever made.
Any of these removes the data it covers, immediately and permanently:
If you used the full birth-details route, your birth date, time and location were sent once, over an encrypted connection, to resolve your birth star. That call is compute-and-return: the result came back to your device, and your birth details are not retained on our servers. There is therefore nothing server-side to request deletion of.
Because all data is on-device, partial deletion is in your hands: delete individual profiles (keeps the app and other profiles) or clear everything (option 2 above). No request to us is needed, and we could not act on one — we hold no copy.
